About the time I posted my last blog about the new collection, I noticed this:
And then the tide turned. I now feel strongly that this is not just a springtime phenomenon - this is a mood, a nature, and a culture-wide fashion fad. It's one that I'm for - in the spring. I'm not for it in the fall. So much fashion revolves around the color of the leaves, the temperature, and the sun that, while I'm interested in the frocks on the front page of a fashion magazine, I'm not very interested in them. I'm not very interested in wearing them. But I'm terribly interested in wearing things that make me feel good. And I'm proud to say that my clothing is just that - it's comfortable, easy to wear and easy to style. I know, I know. This is the cliche of the '60's. But who cares, really? I wear it. And I love it. And that's what matters.
So this spring I'm going to embrace and enjoy it.
Here's some of my spring fashions:
The polka dots and stripes with a slim fitted blouse and tailored jacket on the right are perfect for summer. It's what the models are wearing be359ba680
